I have always been a country girl. The reason that I have always been a country girl is because I was raised on a farm. In addition to having a lot of land, we had a variety of animals, ranging from pigs to horses. I know a lot of people think that living on a farm sounds boring, but I couldn’t have had a better experience growing up. Although I now live in a city, I haven’t let that ever let me forget about my roots.

Last week was my birthday. While some people don’t like their birthday because it reminds them that they are getting a year older, I have always embraced my birthday and try to have as much fun as possible. You only get to be the complete center of attention for one day a year, so I feel like you might as well take full advantage of that opportunity.

Like every year, I had a really fun birthday party with all of my friends and family. I actually reserved the lounge area at my favorite restaurant, so we were all able to eat some great food and enjoy some drinks. I was really happy with how my party went, and it was so nice getting to spend time with everyone who came.

Although I got a lot of great presents from everyone who came to my birthday party, if I had to pick my favorite one, I think I would have to choose the present my boyfriend gave me. The reason his gift was my favorite was because it was a pair of vintage cowboy boots, and I am looking forward to putting on these vintage cowboy boots soon and trying them out.
